A project built one step at a time.
Gato Colonial began in September 2021, when traveling and starting a business were both a challenge. We started with a small investment and six rooms, hoping to create a place where travelers could feel welcome.
Little by little, we grew the accommodation, added new spaces, and learned from every guest who walked through our doors. In December 2024, we began a new chapter at our current location in the heart of the Colonial Zone.
Today we continue sharing our love of hospitality, culture, and local experiences, keeping the warm spirit that started it all.
